Krishnanand Mavinkurve is working as the Corporate Vice President and Head Safety & Health with Adani ports and SEZ Limited. He is a Mechanical Engineer and a qualified Safety professional. He has worked in large Indian conglomerates and leading multinational corporations which include Greaves Cotton, Larsen & Toubro Limited, Kuwait National Petroleum Company, and Dodsal Oman. He has worked overseas in the Middle East and Singapore and presented papers, imparted Safety training, led / conducted Safety audits in the companies that he has worked for. Prior to working with Adani Ports he was associated with Essar Projects Limited, as Vice President and Head HSE for Indian and global operations. In the current role with Adani Ports he is steering & leading efforts across all Adani Ports (currently 10 in Nos) and Adani Logistics Limited in the journey of Safety Excellence. This is presently being achieved through the creation of common policies and systems on Safety & Health and developing positive Safety Culture through strategic & alignment initiatives. Krishnanand is a seasoned Safety and CII Certified Sustainability professional who has been assessing various organizations for the CII-ITC Awards. He is also on the Jury Panel for CII SHE Excellence Award for Western Region. He is a frequent speaker and member / moderator of panel discussions at National & International Conferences on Safety & Health. He is also on the Board of Governors of National Safety Council of India for more than 4 years.

Mahesh Chandak has completed B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay (1992) with MS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, USA (1996). He has 22-years work-experience in consulting and industry roles and has worked for reputed organizations like NOCIL and MNC companies like MWH and Monsanto. His expertise is in the areas of chemical process engineering, environmental, safety, health and human rights. He joined Monsanto in 2011 and is currently the environmental, safety, health and Human Rights Lead for India and eight Africa countries. He is also part of Monsanto’s Asia- Africa Supply Chain Leadership team. Under his leadership Monsanto has made breakthrough improvement in its ESH and Human Rights performance and won several global and Indian reputed awards and recognition. He has been appointed as external honorary jury member by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for their annual ESH Excellence award. He is active in Indian and International industry forums and considered a thought leader in various aspects of people and plant safety. He has delivered dozens of presentations in various industry forums and to several company board of directors to inculcate a Safety Leadership culture. Prior to Monsanto, he has 14 years of consulting experience providing services to hundreds of large multinational corporations and has project experience in over 15 countries located in Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. Apart from technical and functional expertise, he has demonstrated leadership to led large teams across multiple countries and with diverse cultures. He has also coached and guided several students and young professionals in areas of higher education and professional career.

Satyanarayan is an Environmental, Health and Safety Professional with more than 20 years of experience in experience in an industrial settings, projects, services and technology. He has the proficiency in developing, implementing and monitoring incident prevention programs policies and procedures to ensure continuous safe working conditions at the work place. He has diligently worked over years with key personnel within industries to develop an in-depth understanding of risk management and loss control strategies in order to assist organisations in evaluating and assessing workers’ compensation losses. With a strong ability to analyze EHS management principles and tactics for purposes of reducing direct and indirect impact of EHS risks to the working personnel, he has involved in EHS improvement projects that helped in risk mitigation, process improvement and productivity. He has worked in both – large Indian conglomerates and leading multinational corporations which include Tata Chemicals, Johnson & Johnson, Castrol (British Petroleum) & Essar Steel, as Vice President - SHE for global operations. He has widely travelled overseas and presented papers, imparted Safety training, led / conducted Safety audits. In the current role with Tata Group (108 billion USD Group with 99 companies), he is steering & leading efforts across Tata Group Companies in the journey towards Safety Excellence. He is an international member of ASSE (American Society of Safety Engineers) and has received ‘ASSE President’s Award – 2016’ for safety accomplishments in June this year in Atlanta, USA.
